12th Day - Opening Party

Today in class, I studied the changes in sound...
hard... alot of stuff to memorize...
anyway, at 6 today, we have this opening party (even though practically, the class has been opened for almost a week already)

11th Day - Vocabularies

Today, I got soooo many vocabularies to learn but I'm not sure I can copy everything in my notebook into my poor brain.

Today is also the first meeting of English partnership program. I'm trying to figure out what I can do for the Korean students, but right now, the list has not been finalized yet...

So yeeeaaah... have to wait another week...

I should enjoy this precious week of not having too many schedules.

10th Day - First Class & Opening Ceremony

Yesterday night, I talked with Ji Hyun and Eun Joo for quite long, and Ji Hyun commented that I look like I really like to sleep. Huhuhu! few days living together, she already knows my bad side.
Anyway, she told me this old Korean saying:
Beautiful women like to sleep

whether she's trying to make me feel better or it was true, I feel flattered. LOL!

Today.. finally... long wait has over! I actually have something to do today. There was another orientation for the international students where we got the chance to introduce ourselves... Since we had zero knowledge, basically we used English anyway...
Afterward, we started class. My teacher for this whole semester will be La Seonsaengnim. Everyone had told me how she was a good teacher. and today, I got to experienced it myself. She was funny and kind and she tried explaining everything in the simplest way possible.
The class only lasted for like an hour probably since we needed to catch lunch, and then gathered back in auditorium for the opening ceremony.
It was a quite interesting 2 hours:

I got a new item to decorate my corner... it's a picture of Leehom... ooooh wo de lau kung yaaaa!!!!
sweet sweet sweet Ji Hyun remembered that I mentioned Leehom when she asked me if I have any ideal boyfriend.
So she actually looked it up in the internet and printed his picture for me.

9th Day - Windy Day and Rain...

The wind was very bad for the whole day today. The rain was not heavy, but you can't really keep yourself dry since the umbrella would be blown away by the rain anyway.
That was the testimony from anyone actually went outside today.
I didn't.
My lazy ass kept me inside and warm for the whole day.
I woke up pretty late today even though I went to bed pretty early last night.
I prepared myself to bed around 11 last night, but around 11:3o, my beauty sleep was disturbed by this girl screaming by the hallway.
Since I understood nothing, I needed someone else to translate for me.
One of the announcements was the temperature check will no longer be held. Yay!
And then they distributed some kind of list for us to put our name on.
So I did and peacefully went back into the room.
Lucky, Mah came in and told me that I just accidentally put my name listed for flu shot. I didn't want a flu shot! I'm so healthy and refuse to get a shot out of nowhere. So I kinda chased the list down the hall and crossed my name out.
Anyway... this is how it looks outside my window at night... Actually you could see some lights, but the camera wouldn't capture enough.
Ji Hyun and Han Kyul actually went to Nonsan today... they even shared me this some kind of cinnamon roll they got from Paris Baguette.
Also, they gave me yogurt and instant Jjajjangmyun.
I planned to have them for dinner, but remembered later that I've promised the others to get dinner together in the cafeteria. Oh... during one of the random conversations, I got to be called 'Noona'. Ouch! I've told the others not to bother calling me 'Unnie', but I got to be called 'Noona' instead. I hope he'll drop it ^^.
Anyway, I visited Li Chi and Ja Eun in their rooms, and look what I got from them.
A lotion! I've been complaining that my skin gets really dry here but couldn't find decent enough lotion down in Nonsan. So I actually planned to buy one in Daejeon, which means I should wait another week... or probably longer.
But now, I don't have to anymore. The bottle is big enough for 2 months usage I guess... aaah... they are too nice... It actually belonged to someone who had left the school. But the girls remembered that I was in need, so they gave it to me.
