39th Day - MASH

As usual I woke up a little late today as well... but I promised myself to wake up earlier tomorrow as I plan to get milk from the cafeteria.
I look like I just woke up, which I really did

Today's lunch, we had Shikye... gosh, I love the drink soooo much. I had like 3 bowls during lunch and Ryokki even helped to get me another bottle for me to bring up into my room.

My other sel-ca batch. This time I look more awake.

Before English meeting today, Mette taught us this MASH game. It's just for fun actually... you get to decide your 'future' with this game.
We had so much fun and I decided to play it during my partnership. Which was an extremely good decision. The boys loved it and we all had big laugh.
But I feel pressured to find something as fun for the next meeting now.

38th Day - Exercise

Today, no class. Probably I mentioned before, but most likely I didn't, I'm not having any class for this whole week. Make up classes will be done every Monday starting 2 weeks from now though.
But being good students we are, we decided to do self study 10-12 everyday.
I really really need to go faster in the study here. Need to understand more, need to talk more.

Aah... I did laundry already so I can show my new sweater/shirt/whatsoever
But there's white stains on the shirt after I washed it. Anyone could tell me how to avoid such thing? it looks bad because it's dark color so the white stain is quite obvious
And while I'm at it... might as well

Got yakult yogurt for free today
Also, today I hit the gym! hah! finally... let's just see how long it will last.

Anyway... I really hope my other half open her FB soon... there'sa big big news I need to share with her.

So yeah... I'm off to study again ^^

37th Day - Tired

After the tiring trip, I took loooooooong sleep
Only woke up for Samulnori class. but afterwards, I forced myself to do laundry... otherwise I might not have anything to wear tomorrow

Here's what I got from Busan...
I actually got a bunny shirt but I wore it right away (2nd day), so no picture on that at all.

Yeah... another pouting socks... I'm in love with them
posting 4 entries is quite a work... glad it's over now...

36th Day - Busan Day 3

Last day of my Busan trip
Gwangan Bridge in the morning. My camera battery was dying on me so I couldn't take many pics

The hotel where we stayed... oops... i mean Jjimjilbang

Then... last Busan destination: Beomeosa temple

Wishing tiles... but you have to make donation

Here's how we waited for the Mugunghwa train: Lotteria
the green tea ice cream is very very nice

The train back to Daejeon was 3.5 hours but I spent it talking the whole time that we didn't feel it.
In Daejeon, here's my dinner. Cheese ramyun... love iiit

35th Day - Busan Day 2

Second day of our trip. First thing in the morning, we visited Jangalchi market. The layers of building seen on the far end somehow remind me of Santorini... not that I've been there in my life...

Here's the fish market by the dock

And here's the better view of the harbor

We found this nearby the tourist information center. We can take our picture, write on it and had it sent to our email

Next destination is Taejongdae
We took the bus there

The area looks very quiet... and windy...

Here's the waffle that attracted our eyes. It looks better than it tastes

Shinkye... same... looks better than it tastes
Danubi that we used to travel the area

First stop: Taejongdae observatory

Next stop: Lighthouse

We actually reached the lighthouse and got inside... but to get there... damn... it was tooo tiring... really... especially to get back up...

Seafood restaurant by the rock
We took a rest with Odeng. It was such a treat after being tired and cold
Here's the way to get to the cliff

Here's the cliff

On my way back up, I had no breath to spare to take pics... too tiring
Next stop, Taejongsa Temple

Next stop: lunch....
Anyway, we ordered 3 serving, but the Ahjumoni gave us 4... Busan people are sooo kind hearted

Next destination: Haeundae Beach

And this is Haedong Yonggusa Temple

Last for that day: Gwangan Bridge.. on the way there, the bus driver gave us candies... does it normal there? people are too nice...

We planned to stay in another jjimjilbang that night. But somehow, it was hard to find one around the area. We had asked some people, and they mentioned one inside the hotel. For sure we didnt believe at once. What is jjimjilbang doing in a hotel?
But as fate brought us to a small mart, ahjumoni told us about the jjimjilbang inside Aqua Palace Hotel. Apparently, yeah it is inside the hotel. and more than that, she gave us KRW 2000 voucher to stay in that jjimjilbang...
I feel touched by the hospitality of this dynamic Busan. heeheheh
anyway, we went to the hotel and found one of the nicest jjimjibang ever. it costs KRW 9000 but we had the voucher... so yeah... calculate yourself...
It was very nice... clean and big
This is the shoe lockers
Inside the bathing area, I tried the 50 degree sauna and the 71 degree sauna... felt like I was about to explode anytime soon
No picture on that, for sure.
We got up to the 8th floor which turned up to be huge huge area of sleeping space. They also have aroma room, ice room, another saunas, PC rooms, etc etc etc. see the legs sticking out? yeah, it's a hole for people to sleep.

Here's the locker

Here's the ice room

Beads pool

Rooftop area

We had shikye again.... so refreshing
This is the view when I wake up. You can see the bridge
Sleeping spot
